Informational Interview or Consultation An Informational Interview is a conversation in which a person seeks insights on a career path, an industry, a company and/or general career advice from someone with experience and knowledge in the areas of interest. At the most basic level, a complimentary consultation is an initial, free and confidential meeting between you (the potential client) and our office where we have the opportunity to generally evaluate the situation that caused you to seek business advice, hiring, and discuss potential next steps. Please visit the About > Documents > Informational Interview or Complimentary Consultation section to gain knowledge on how to communicate during the consultation. No refunds and all sales are final on all services. If you invoke a refund process, then your account is disabled. You do have the option to obtain company credit toward a different service for a changed mind or life changing situation.
